(September 4, 2018, 1:20 pm)I tried using virtual digital help. Was useless, nothing about stolen phones came up. Call back times were rediculous, at 8:30 am the soonest I could get a call back was 9:30 pm. Customer service needs to improve tremendously in order to be of help to customers.
