(November 8, 2018, 10:06 pm)I lived at 201 palmer rd for 3.5 years. Julie, Lynda, Jeff and other staff are awesome. Never had any issue at this building. Thanks to their entire team. Just bought a house and moved out. I enjoyed living here.
(December 1, 2016, 3:26 pm)Shelter owns a group of three buildings and they are very well run. Rent is reasonable, heat and hydro is included, 24/7 laundry on site, and has a friendly staff. Things get fixed quickly and pleasantly!
