  I'm really satisfy with service and quality of work.. Honest and gave genuine advice that save my few hundred dollar. Staffs are helpful and professional. I'll definitely come to visit if it may require for any service as it is very closure to my home :)

  It's usually an unfortunate situation that causes people to need service form an auto body shop but fortunately there are places like Waterdown Collision to help when the need arises. I had some repair work done to my car this week and was pleasantly surprised with my entire experience! My car was brought in on a Monday morning, I was greeted with friendly faces and there was a rental car waiting for me when I arrived. I was called on Wednesday at noon and was told my car was ready to be picked up. I was expecting my car to be full of shop dust and still salty and dirty from the winter roads... but with a shiny new bumper..... when they handed me my keys I went out to check on the job and my car was "detailed" in and out! Like I am talking DETAILED! I was afraid to drive it home and get it dirty. The repair work was done to perfection and the service and professionalism that I received from the crew at Waterdown collision was top notch! way to go team WC!

  My insurance company directed me towards Waterdown Collision. I appreciated the service I received and the communication I was provided with. Every email was answered in a reasonable amount of time and they overdelivered on their promise of when my car would be available. The work done looks great and the car came back nice and clean. While I hope not to have to visit for collision repair again, at least I know my car is in good hands.

  This is my third time dealing with Waterdown Collision. My dad has always taken all of his cars to see Max and I wasn't going to trust anyone but them for my repairs. The first two times were effortless, the team took the time to explain to me what was going to happen and how and what was required of me. I pretty much had to just show up. The third time was very different. Brandon couldn't give me the time of day when I came for my quote, I was literally in and out within 10 minutes. He didn't take pictures of my damages so when the person who hit me decided to go through insurance I had to come back again to have pictures taken. Again Brandon couldn't give me the time of day. If it wasn't for Tammy at the front desk being such a lovely person to deal with I might not have come back. I am a loyal customer and next time know to ask for Frank to do my quote instead.

  I’ve taken 2 of my cars to Waterdown Collision. The first time I took my car in was for a respray that I paid for myself. This time it was after I was T-Boned in a parking lot. My passenger front door was damaged beyond repair. There was a hole in it and there was no way to even open the door. I picked up my car today and as usual the work was top notch. You wouldn’t even be able to tell the door had been replaced. They even swapped the vinyl door trim I did on my own door to the new one. It’s these extra steps that make them the best. I was even pleased to learn they have a ton of services I didn’t even know about. A towing service, interior cleaning, tinting as well as windshield repair. I’m glad I found out because I’ve been thinking of having my windows tinted in Spring/Summer 2019. Now I know exactly where I’ll be going. I wish I was able to add pictures to this review.
