She councils both myself and my daughter and the things she has noticed about my daughter has been instrumental in helping both of us. Cheryl is helping me find my way to my true self that has been buried under a lifetime of traumas. My whole family is happier because of it. Thank you Cheryl!

(November 29, 2017, 11:37 pm)Cheryl is a wonderful, patient, compassionate and understanding therapist. She is very accommodating and I felt an instant connection with her. She has helped me learn so many valuable life lessons and allowed me to work through various challenges, both big and small. I never feel she is imposing her personal biases on me and she really knows her stuff. I tried finding another therapist closer to home after moving, but it was not possible- Cheryl is special!

She's not afraid to call me out on misbehaviour, offers strong advise based on well informed opinions, helps educate me on alternative view points, and provides advice on self improve without doing so in a way that makes me feel less than or lesser of. It's a good balance of confronting issues without coming off as blaming. Definitely one of my trusted life advisors.

She is also incredibly smart and always interested in continuing education and better understanding the mental health system at large.
