Upper centennial is the BEST 5STAR FITNESS location. The Staff is awesome and very friendly. The Manager Andy Childs is a great guy with tons of knowledge and he's a Canadian and World Powerlifting Champion . I highly recommend this gym .

I signed up for a free trial on Sunday, and Nina has definitely convinced me to sign up full time!
She has given me insight on all classes available and the yoga meditation is calling my name. I can't wait to start my fitness journey with 5 star. My outlook on taking this scary step has totally changed. Thank you so much Nina!

You get what you pay for honestly. I rarely see a team member cleaning. There’s one guy I’ve ever seen taking out trash, other than that the same bolt has been in the same place by the stairs to the cardio section for days. There isn’t decent air circulation, it gets stuffy and the fresh air hits different when you leave. I will say the front desk people try their best to friendly to everyone.

I love this gym. Especially refreshing to go here in the summer because it`s so clean and furnished beautifully. The sauna here is like no other and it is much bigger than most. I also like how they don't play typical music over and over again here. It's more motivating to workout here because of the music. The staff is always friendly and helpful and encourage you talk to them if there is a problem with your bill or if they can help you out. The members are also very respectful and are there to work out, everyone minds they're business and as a female I feel much more comfortable working out here than larger co-ed gyms. I would recommend this gym for sure. I got an amazing rate and count on this place for sure. Oh also wanted to say that the personal trainers are very honest and they don't try to sell you stuff or pressure you and that's very comforting. Along with the smoothie bar and clean change rooms, this place is awesome. Thank you to Diane for helping me out.
