CHANGE Lingerie

I’ve been purchasing bras from Change since 2013 and always have had a great experience. I purchased a few bras in August 2019 and the underwire has already popped out. I messaged Change Canada customer service and haven’t received a reply. It’s disappointing to spend $80-100 per bra only for it to disintegrate after a few months (has also happened on another bra I purchased from them a few years ago—I understand wear and tear occurs but not after a few months).

Best experience bra shopping I've had hands down. Honestly I can't believe the customer service. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the girl who helped me but she was just great ! I can never find my size in normal bra stores like Victoria's secret. I've never had a bra that fits as well as the one I purchased. Pricing is not too expensive ...in fact compared to Victoria's secret it's basically the same or maybe $20-$40 more. Worth every penny ! I would recommend , I will return and I will definitely tell all the women in my family about this store.

What an amazing customer experience. Where do I begin? As someone who has never been truly fitted before, I felt super welcome and comfortable. Whitney (I believe) made my experience a pleasure by not only properly sizing me, but also being SUPER attentive to me, picking out styles, listening to my needs, and boosting my confidence. Ashley and Lea were also around for an all around amazing experience that I will truly never forget- engaging me in conversation and answering any questions I had. I walked in thinking I was just browsing and getting ideas to buying two gorgeous QUALITY bras. I will be venturing back to change lingerie and specifically this store- and half of it was because of the staff!

Far and away one of the best experiences I have ever had while bra shopping. I was shopping with my mother, who is a large-busted woman, and we rarely bra shop together because our sizes are so different. But since we saw that this shop seemed to carry larger sizes for remarkably affordable prices (she usually has to spend a few hundred dollars on a bra that fits) as well as items that would fit me, we decided to give it a try. The women who greeted us and measured her were so incredibly sweet! They did so much to make both of us feel comfortable and I loved seeing how happy my mother was being able to wear something that not only fit her well, but made her feel beautiful without breaking the bank. Thank you so much to the amazing ladies who helped make my mother and my shopping experience so comfortable. We will definitely be back and recommend this shop to others!
