He develops an immediate rapor with the buyer and is more knowledgeable about building systems then any inspector I have come across. I highly recommend him.

(August 30, 2019, 8:16 pm)We had Kevin from Vaulted Home Inspections Inc do our home inspections this year. We had two within the same week when we were looking for the right home to buy.
Kevin was accommodating to our time sensitive situation and punctual with the times we requested. He took us through our prospective homes and walked us through each room explaining everything as he inspected with a fine tooth comb. Nothing was overlooked, and Kevin made sure to answer any questions we had throughout the process. We never felt rushed.
Although the home we purchased passed inspection, we were provided with a detailed action list for future reference. This listed any and all small items that we may want to revisit in order to make our new home truly the home of our dreams.
Kevin was professional and friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. We would use him again and would recommend to anyone in need of a home inspection. -
