Their managed service provides me with the peace of mind to be able to conduct my business and not be responsible for technology. Prior to using their services, I would try to fix things myself. When I think of the many hours I used to spend trying to figure out a problem so that I could “save money” on tech support, I kick myself for wasting all that time. The technicians at PCM often know the solution to a problem as soon as I ask the question and if they do not know, they will find and fix the issue without me needing to think about it.
It is a pleasure to work with PCM, and I highly recommend their prompt and professional service. -

They understand where we have come from, work with us while we are growing and are dedicated to walk along with us as we plan for our future. The technician was polite, took the time to explain the problem and fixed it in no time at all. We always receive a very quick response to a phone call or email. It’s nice to have a reliable IT support company that you can count on every day for all your business needs!

Having worked with a number of different IT Support vendors in the past, I can definitely say that PCM is certainly second to none. They respond quickly - which is certainly important when your computer is down and you're spiraling into panic mode! They certainly know their s*** and have gone above and beyond to find the source of problems so that they can resolve once and for all. Overall, a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend anyone to work with them!
