  Was in on Friday afternoon and had a wonderful experience with the lab tech. She was quick, efficient and very personable. I am terrified of needles and she made the experience so easy and relaxing for me. We had a couple of good laughs while I was getting blood drawn and it helped a lot. Highly recommend this lab and the staff.

  Today I had a bone density scan and mammogram. The bone density scan is an easy procedure, but as we ladies know: the mammogram can be very painful and unpleasant. I wish I had noted the woman's name who administrated my tests, as she was very good. After only having met me 5 minutes earlier, she had me engaged in conversation, and distracted me from what she was doing. Although I realized why she was having a conversation with me, it was very helpful in making things much more tolerable. You are very good at your job, it did not go unnoticed, and it was much appreciated. Thank You.

  Amazing staff, very quick and their online check-in system is fantastic. However, try not to let them talk you into their new online Dynacare Plus service. I got conned into it and believe me, it is a complete waste of $22. If you don't believe me, check out the plethora of negative reviews in the iOS app store. Their app and online service is a complete nightmare.
  
  I will definitely return to this location for blood work in the future but there is no way I will give up my money to Dynacare Plus...it's strictly a cash-grab. As soon as I received my results, I cancelled the online service.
