We are very pleased with the sales call and assessment and a fair quote by Dean. The installer, Troy, was excellent, arrived on time and did an excellent installation on our door. Our house is over 100 years old and installing doors, windows, etc. is never a straight forward task with these houses. We were very pleased that Troy had our door installed perfectly in 4 hours. Michelle handled the scheduling around winter weather expertly and was always available by phone and was very friendly and efficient. Dean did the assessment and quote personally. He was very accommodating of our needs, especially considering an older home is always complex with repairs. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend Dean's Discount Doors.

We were quite pleased with the entire service. Dean met with me and my husband in an evening when it was convenient for our schedules and placed the order immediately. Unfortunately, because of these unprecedented times our door had been delayed but Michelle in the office continued to keep us up to date with the time lines. The door was installed just this past week and Troy who had installed the door was professional and efficient. In addition, Troy was pleasant and very personable. Amazing customer service, from Dean himself to the installer and the receptionist. Door is gorgeous and price was better than the competition. Dean took the time to explain the options and helped me select a door that would meet my needs and budget. They were correct in their installation date projection, even during COVID times.
