  I had braces from Dr. Nic for five years and also had jaw surgery. I am extremely satisfied with how everything turned out. It was because of Dr Nic’s expertise, his help, and his guidance. He knew what had to be done to help my jaw and he put me in the right direction with the right surgeon. Very sweet and professional staff also. Highly recommend!

  I was pretty impressed in the beginning. Great service and pretty nice to my son. By the end of his treatment they were rude to my him and myself. At last appointment they said "don't come back "
  They definitely overbooked appointments so you wait an awfully long time.
  Long wait and huge attitudes
  Plus..they tell kids that they collect points to buy things with..like movie tickets and ipods, but they don't actually do it. If you mention it to the receptionist she gets annoyed for some reason.
  When you are spending thousands of dollars and a lot of your time there, you should definitely be treated better. Huge investment of time and money and felt pretty crappy by the end of it.
  I suggest finding a doctor close to your home and does yearly check ups. This one doesn't but in speaking with other people I realise a lot do and I think that's important.
