(February 27, 2019, 6:10 pm)My Samsung tv needed warranty work done, when the lady called me the first time she wasn’t too helpful with booking an appointment, far from my city and I had to take a day off (my fault too) gentlemen came by was very polite and friendly, took apart tv replaced the board and was done all without an hour, this was during a snowstorm. Overall pleased with the service.
