If I could give this more than five stars I would. These folks have cared for my cat from the beginning, offering affordable standard care. When Lucille got sick with gastrointestinal complications it became an emergency very quickly. She had test procedures followed by major surgery that same day. They saved her life and for that I am forever grateful. You are in good hands at Barton and Grays.

I started going to Dr Virdi when my dogs needed their first shots 2 years ago he has by far the cheapest prices around that's what got me in the door but his care and kindness kept me going back one of our last visits for puppy shots he told me Diesel is going to be very smart he was not wrong . The first major thing I needed was for my boy Diesel to be fixed and Dr Virdi did a GREAT job I could barely see the stitches and there was no scar ! When i brought Diesel in i was balling because i was so scared of him going under and the surgery from an awful experience I had with one of my other dogs at a different vet 10 years prior , (((her belly opened up the stitches didnt hold she got an infection and for weeks peed everywhere because she had no control ))) anyways I asked if I could stay with him the receptionist and Dr Virdi told me not to worry that they would call as soon as the surgery was done and he was in recovery and then I could sit with him , they called me right away told me everything went great and hes just sleeping off the meds give him a bit then you can come sit with him so I did . They told me how great he did I was given meds and care instructions. Fast forward to the next issue Diesel one day had bloody mucus filled diarrhea I brought him in right away got meds and was told first thing NO ABSOLUTELY NO HUMAN FOOD !! Dog food only watch him then slowly introduce dog treats one at a time giving time between new things , it cleared up for a while but happened again after that we traced it to some people food and discovered Diesel has Gastritis (a very sensitive tummy) I cut out everything except dog food , homemade treats and store bought treats with 4 ingredients or less that I can pronounce he flairs up sometimes but we can usually trace it to something he picked up before I could as for Lily she possibly had her first bought recently we are watching her . Dr. Virdi has been kind and reasonable understanding that my income is a joke but if I needed to my dogs would always come first , he has never pressured me into unnecessary test and understands that i dont have money to fix my female dog yet so he just suggested i do it before she is old and told me he would do the surgery cheaper like he did with Diesel ( btw i checked he charged me $400-$600 LESS then other vet clinics most places wanted $500ish give or take one place even quoted $800 to fix my 7lb chihuahua) He is also great with telling me how to help my dogs over the phone if a visit is not needed ONLY downside is I have a hard time understanding him sometimes and need Melanie to relay , lol . All in all hes a good honest and kind vet and person .

The staff are very caring to their patients and the location is great.
