  The trainers and clients are so amazing and welcoming. Coming to this gym has benefited me so much on the soccer field! I've become faster and stronger. My muscles can barely fit through the door⚽️????????.

  If you are a professional or aspiring athlete or know anyone who is, or just fitness conscious and wants to dramatically take performance to a next level, you need to get in touch with Athletix Hamilton. I started training with them for fun because I enjoy structure and guidance. My physical performance has already increased in only a month of work, while losing weight. Their training systems are next level elite, I cannot stress it enough. NFL, CFL, combine athletes, youth athletes, and even health minded civilians like me, trust Athletix Hamilton to take them to higher performance.

  Mike, Steve & Andy are the most knowledgeable, passionate and amazing people that you could possibly work with as an athlete. They will help you maximize your athletic ability by instructing and teaching you proper methods that are often overlooked by most industry “professionals.” The Athletix team truly know the best ways to train and how to prepare your body to do so. I would also highly recommend them to anyone who is recovering from an injury and wants to get back on their feet or back in the game! Thanks so much for all of your guidance, keep up the great work, and I look forward to training with you guys for years to come!

  Steve and Mike are two of the best strength and conditioning coaches around. I came to Athletix sitting around 220 lbs and have dropped to 188 lbs. When going to most gyms you usually plateau but at Athletix the results haven’t stopped as each month I keep seeing
  Improvements. This is the main reason why I would not consider training anywhere else, as Steve and Mike make it easier to reach your fitness goals. Nothing compares to them in terms of programming towards your personal goals, and the motivation they give you each day.

  Steve Bodanis has helped me over the past 7 years and has made it possible for me to pursue my football dreams. I've increased my strength, speed and agility exponentially training under Steve. The addition of Mike Montoya has also been beneficial as he brings in a lot of experience in movement patterns and recovery allowing me to perform in the most efficient way possible. I can't imagine a better duo to overlook my training!
