  Excellent food and wonderful staff. Not the cheapest place to eat. But the food is high quality and in the end, you get what you pay for. I would far sooner pay a little more for homemade, high quality, well prepared food, than save a buck and eat unhealthy generic food. Everything here is flavourful and fresh. No shortcuts in preparation. Easily my favourite place to stop for a Kombucha or a sausage on a bun.

  A pleasant surprise to find such quality and variety of meats. I tried the turnkey and cranberry sausage, what a combo! I have also enjoyed some of their reduced ready to eat packages. In particular, they sell a small tray of "ends" from deli meats for under $3. Not only is this little tray delicious but it is also a great way for customers to try different meats. The stuffed yam potato with chili was great as well.
  
  The only negative would be that some of the prices are above average compared to larger grocers, but that is expected with a smaller shop.
