  Dr Martin needs to tame his shrewd administration! They treat patients, majority of them are elderly, like they are less of a human. They ignore phone calls and once in a f*ing blue moon they do pickup the call they respond as if we are asking for their kidneys for donation!! FFS get rid of these people and you can get way better staff who are willing to do their job!
  
  You're one of the best doctors in business but your disgraceful team members are not helping your reputation! Please be advised and pardon my legitimate frustration.

  Doc does a big work up to diagnose and treat as needed. Allow lots of time for the appointment and for the aftermath of the exam or treatment. I recommend having another person drive away from there if it is sunny on departure. The additional fee for the imaging may surprise some folks so plan accordingly for this $50.00.

  Once there the staff are all friendly, but trying to call them is the most irritating experience. They don't have an answering machine and no one ever picks up the freaking phone.
