Love Shop

I was just here last night and it was my second visit. Lisa was there to help both times and she is an absolute gem. I always felt very comfortable and welcome and she is also very knowledgable of the products I was looking into. Just a genuine quality customer experience. I will be going back :)

Went to the shop with a partner and made a 74 dollar purchase. Cashier had dyed hair and was a woman and she litterally made me feel so safe and comfy to visit. I 100% will be returning to make plenty more purchases and what is especially amazing is the welcoming atmosphere towards Trans and other queer people

Fantastic staff. Above and beyond what I've seen from retail workers. They helped me select a product and compare and contrast what they had, and even followed up with me on their stock later on. Comfortable environment, as well. I have to say, I'm somewhat concerned for the young woman working there alone on the night shifts — it's an isolated area. Hopefully she's paid well to compensate, at the very least.

Was a little nervous to go in for the first time but the sales assistant was super helpful and totally non judgey! Made thing much less awkward for my partner and I! We were a little concerned though-- the two of us were in there late at night and it seemed like she was alone on the floor closing up a sex shop? I was a bit worried for her safety. Also didn't see a staff area she could easily retreat into for a break or for safety. All in all great customer service, but really feel like somebody should've been there with her!

The times I've been the sales associate have been incredibly helpful. I recently inquired about an employee's wage and no doubt the employees should be paid far better given that they seem responsible for both customer service and organization with only one person on staff at a time. Further, if young women are going to be working alone in an isolated area there should be better security and protection. I very much hope they receive adequate healthcare and sick days.
