Really good experience. I needed a drawer system custom made to fit into an old wood storage opening beside my gas fireplace. Perry came out, measured it up and we ended up having a mantle made to match. I have had so many compliments on the look and functionality of it. We use the drawers to store dvd's, the wii system and various other remotes etc.
