The coach for kids basketball is wonderful! He teaches all of the fundamentals, compared to some of the other recreational centres. Life guards are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.

This center is definitely recommended for new comers and immigrants in particular and for everyone in general. They provide many unsubsidized services to low income families. Every week there is a dental bus that stops by the centre to provide free dental treatment to rhe people. You can check bus schedule by visiting city website.
ESL classes, swimming and some other activities are the core value of the community centre.
You can even rent out a room or hall for your activities. Usually the centre is busy with the visitors. There is also a play area fir kids. The location is perfect.

Friendly staff and helpful swim instructors who are also the life guards.

Their pool is shallow with a depth of three feet to five feet. The depth and size of the pool is very suitable for children and beginning swimmers of any age.

Their shower section in the change room is open concept. They have single handle shower faucets allowing you adjust the temperature. Bring some quarters with you because all of their lockers are coin operated. Be sure you have all your belongings: towel, hygiene products, etc. before closing the locker door and removing the key or you will have to insert another quarter to re-lock and remove the key. I recommend that you bring your towel with you to the pool because I had mine stolen when I left it on a hook in the change room. I recommend they place a hook in the shower stalls for towels.

Enjoyed an hour swim for the first time in many years. Very helpful staff and showed the way for a newcomer. Very clean change rooms and nice clean pool. For a reasonable fee for the use of the pool is well worth it.

Clean and tidy well maintained. Staff are helpful and polite. They offer a full program for all ages. From full membership to subsidize membership as well. The schedule is full and convenient. It is close to the bus. It's a recommendation for exercise and fun for all.
