    You have a problem in which you have had for months now if not a year with your atm accepting some debit cards from some branches but not others as I understand as explained by many employees as well as the manager I believe. All have been very understanding and kind to give money back to the customers who are unable to Recieve money from the atm due to this issue. However today wed , march 21 2018, at 5:15pm a male employee with bald haircut features. I had encountered an employee who was rude and did not take a second to understand the situation at hand. He kept telling me it was my fault my card and I had tried to explain that every other employee and manager does know that it is intact the stores issue with their atm. He didn't even listen. I had bought $45 worth of store items and wasted to just get $5 I'm change as I understand that given that the money is coming from the register you cannot give out large amounts as I have done dozens of times at this location due to this locations specific issue with their atm without any prior issues and with an additional payment of $3 for fees to replace the atm fees that would have come out. This employee did not hear me out look into the matter or even try to look into a solution or ask the other employee at the cash register working with him at the time.
    This employee has a lack of people skills and was quite rude in fact. I have been a customer at this location for more than ten years and I don't appreciate the fact that I then had to drag my two small children even further to go to the big bear down the street with my $45 worth of items and heavy bags to use their atm while my children were taughted by having to go to two stores filled with taunting goodies they could not get and causing me grief with them touching everything in sight as small children do while trying to manage my heavy bags and used their atm with no issues might I add. I have no issues with my card at any atm bank atm or debit machine anywhere besides big bee at this location. I am not impressed what's so ever this could have been a quick visit In and out with no issues like every other time In the past ten plus years I have been a customer there. So I guess moral of the story is could you please get your atm fixed! I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has had this inconvenience as it is known that other have had this same issue. I'm not entirely sure I feel comfortable remaining a customer at this location which is a shame because it is close to my home myself and my kids have known the employees for many years but this is an issue with conflict I don't care to deal with. I dont like to deal with poor customer service from a store I spend so much time and money in either. Perhaps you will fix the problem weather it's the atm but I understand it can be expensive and had already been attempted to be fixed before or weather it is bringing your employee up to speed with your other employees on the matter. Perhaps that will fix a few issues in this matter. Poor mannored employees who aren't properly enformed are bad for business. Thank you.
