(January 13, 2019, 12:36 pm)Used to be a lot better. It's hard to stay relevant with how many new places keep popping up. After not having been for 3+ years here's what I noticed: Service was OK. Portions were smaller. Menu was pricey for the area + considering the alternatives. To be honest my mother enjoyed her meal. I believe I could have done better myself and won't be visiting again. Great place to take your parents or grandparents who might not be used to this "quirky" place. Otherwise head to Google and search "best breakfast Hamilton" for some better options.

(December 19, 2018, 4:13 am)Located on James Street North this small restaurant is easy to miss. Although small it seats about 40 people. Atmosphere was quiet and noise was not a factor. Service was adequate, the waitress did double check on our drinks. Prices were a touch high but then portions were very generous. I had a hamburger which was 8oz of beef! I could not eat it all. My wife had meatloaf and it was smothered with two types of mushrooms. My brother and his wife had Shepherds Pie. It looked good too. The menu was limited but as my picky eater wife realized there were many items that she would have eaten. Well worth a visit.

(December 12, 2018, 6:44 pm)Great breakfast options! Love the standard breakfast (the roasted tomatoes are really delicious). Friendly and good service despite being very busy during the weekend brunch hours. Cute decor and feels cozy. Looking forward to making this a regular breakfast treat.

(November 21, 2018, 1:55 pm)Good for what it is; which is essentially an unassuming hole in the wall joint on the outskirts of downtown Hamilton.
The food was fine - albeit misrepresented. Example, the roasted tomatoes were raw, sliced with salt.
The prices are high for the quality of food, but appropriate for the quantity.
Interesting and clean atmosphere. Good for family date night.
