Went in last week after being away for a bit.
The girl at the desk at 3pm wasnt very friendly and seemed annoyed when I want to use tanning then came back and ask to use massage beds. She gave nice attitude to the man that wanted to tan but was short with me.
If your annoyed by doing your job then this isn't the job for you. Your job is customer service. Also being nice to a good looking guy and annoyed with an average girl isn't what ur gym is all about.
Might need to replace a few staff -

(February 3, 2019, 12:38 pm)Awesome equipment. Clean. Spacious. Staff went above and beyond when I signed up. Can't beat this gym. I've trained at least 11 gyms in last 27 yrs. This has been my best experience.

(November 25, 2018, 6:54 pm)Brilliant concept for a gym. It's convenient, clean and it's perfectly suited for my daily schedule. I really like the idea of being able to upgrade if you want access to hydro massage, massage chairs, and Tanning. The prices cannot be beat. This is the best value in life. The only con, I normally visit the gym when the staff aren't there, but on the odd occasions that I have been there while staff was present, including the day my husband and I signed up, I found the staff unfriendly and not very approachable. Lol I mean I'm not a cute dude but I am a person. Overall I really enjoy going to this gym.
