After reading some Google reviews I decided to call William and arranged for replacing my old hot water tank
I am very happy to take that decision …
My old hot water tank that was rented from Enercare went out of service, I called Enercare and 2 technicians came and both weren’t able (or did not want) to repair it and said tank needs to be replaced
I called William to arrange the installation of a new tank and since he has seen it would take up to 2 days to order the new tank and without asking him, he checked the old one and repaired it in 10 minutes so that we don’t run out of hot water till having the new tank !!
Installation of new tank went smooth and job was done perfectly
My sincere advise, don’t waste your money with these rental companies

After 5 days of runaround from Reliance Home Comfort to repair our hot water tank. William was at our house within several hours of my call with a new hot water tank, installed and old tank returned to Reliance. Anyone looking for a hot water tank, furnace or air conditioner should call William. Thank you again.

Long story short had a reliance rental that crapped out. We went a few days without hot water waiting for the service call. Called up William and he was here the next day with a new unit. Everything went smooth and shout out to William for getting us hot water back (he said reliance would have had to replace our tank so good thing I called)!

Very professional and quick same day installation and removal of my old hot water tank. I didn’t expect him to have brought me a new tank within the timeframe that was given. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thanks for all your help and service!
