(July 6, 2021, 7:17 am)We had a big landscape project recently completed by Unique this past June 2021 for our first and only landscape project. We were not sure what to expect as we just found them online and not from a referral. I must say that Scott and the rest of his team were astounding. From planning the design to executing it we were so impressed. We even had a last minute change to our design and they were able to accomodate without any issue and they manage to complete it within their timeline.
The workmanship and professionalism of each employee that was there was admirable and we are so impressed by the time they completed the work. We took a shot with them and I would highly recommend this company. Now we know a great landscaping company and will only go with Unique for any landscape projects in the future. -

(June 28, 2021, 2:55 pm)Update: The owner of the company contacted me and explained there was some technical difficulties that resulted in not getting the timely responses I would have normally received. Mike was able to come out and was polite and courteous. I appreciate the follow up from the company and their intention to make it right. The quote was higher than other similar bids I have received on the project. But I have confidence they are a good company and wish to have the customer enjoy a good experience, I would recommend them in the future for your projects.

I wish I could leave a positive review as the company was recommended to me. First response was within two days and was informed by Hilary that my email with details would be sufficient. I waited a week with no follow up or email thereafter. I once again enquired and was told that Mike would follow up with me. Mike contacted me a few days later and requested to come by the property for a closer look. I agreed to the time and date but he was a no show. I followed up with him via email but never got a reply back when I asked why he never showed up or communicated with me regarding the quote. Still no word from them and it’s been 20 days since I was supposed to meet. Poor communication and customer service, can’t recommend. -
