(July 27, 2017, 1:14 pm)I agree with the other poster - Tony is amazing and very helpful and friendly - never a problem, but a couple of months ago there was a new guy and he tried to tell me that my insurance didn't cover my first rx of the year and I'd have to pay for it. I've been with this carrier for 15 years and NEVER had to pay. He was rude and argumentative and told me he'd let me have it 'this time' - gee, thanks bud, considering I'm not SUPPOSED TO to pay! He was a total jerk. Thankfully, since then, Tony has been the one I've had to deal with and haven't seen that ass since. There is a cute, younger pharmacist as well, who is very nice and extremely helpful. I didn't get his name, though.
