The manager goes out of his way to ensure we are well looked after even after the sale!

(July 20, 2019, 12:56 am)Wonderful selection of outdoor furniture and many varied coloured cushions of all sizes. The sales person was very helpful and tried to show us how the cushions would look in our setting. I appreciated her helpfulness. It turned out that two of the cushions were too narrow so we brought thrown back the following day and replaced by the larger ones for a small difference in price. I was pleasantly surprised about the prices actually and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for outdoor furniture or accessories.

(July 8, 2019, 2:02 pm)We bought a very expensive patio set there and totally love it. Service was great while there and it got better after I brought it home. I had a bit of difficulty assembling one of my swivel chairs and called the store. I not only got help by phone. I had a couple of pictures of an already assembled chair sent to me by the manager. Then....while trying to set up the table ran into difficulty. I thought I'd Google the solution. A chat window opened for me so I proceeded to explain my problem. Well it turned out the responding person was the manager of the very store we had purchased our set. He tried to walk me through the assembly but then actually said he was going to come over after store closing time. He brought tools and in little time had the table together. You can't ask for better service.

(June 5, 2019, 11:25 am)Absolutely great service by Roberto! Not only was the dinning set exactly what we wanted but he stayed late on a Friday to help us choose it. The follow up service by himself was also one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Thank you Roberto!
