Andrey and his team are polite, knowledgeable, and always offer the best and affordable service. I know that we can rely on Andrey's advice regarding the needed repairs. (March 27, 2019, 12:31 am)Last week I took my car into Right Way Auto, desperate and very stressed out. There were a number of things wrong with my car and I had to make decisions on what to get fixed on a very limited budget. My ability to earn a living is based on having a functional, reliable, and safe vehicle. The team at Right Way Auto Repair inspected my car and came up with a list of items that needed to be worked on. Andrey, who was aware of my financial situation, prioritized the list of items in importance of safety and urgency. For each item he explained what was wrong, whether it needed to be fixed right away, or could be postponed and if postponed, for how long. If postponed, he explained what the future risk was if delayed past a certain time. In some cases, he showed me pictures of my car, e.g the crack in my muffler. In other cases, he took out a diagram of car parts and explained exactly what was wrong and where. With Andre’s help, I was able to prioritize the immediate work to be done on my car within budget and I left with a future plan of action. How many auto shops do you know that actively help you work out a plan of action based on your budget? At Right Way Auto Repair, you can certainly count on them to be honest and fair.
