(April 13, 2021, 5:45 am)Been twice. Better signage would help a lot, in particular : the weighing / paying process, that there's 2 lanes for different things (you can't see if the line is on the street). Some staff were a little bit rude.

(March 1, 2021, 6:57 pm)Just cleaned out my basement and had a truck full of sorted hazardous, recycling, and garbage to drop off. Both staff members that I interacted with were extremely helpful and very friendly. Very happy with my experience.
