(July 20, 2019, 2:27 pm)I've been very hesitant to rate or reply because in the past I have had nothing but positive experiences with Enterprise. However the person that checked me in -twice- was imo beyond useless and the reason I would hesitate to use this company again. Everyone else was nice, professional and helpful. My check in and rental was less than a one star but the car and the check out staff was 5 star which is why they got the mid rating. If you deal with Chris - ask for someone else. The 'please and thank you' said as one word, is not sincere in any way.
(June 5, 2019, 3:57 am)I've rented from this location 3 times in the past 18months. For the amount of traffic this place gets, I found service to be quite fast. Last time, I was on my way (with a nice small SUV for the price of a compact) maybe 10 minutes after handing my own car keys to an estimator.
