(March 2, 2019, 11:19 pm)Great sales team and great pricing, we were recommend by family to Murray but Paul ended up taking care of us. Do yourself a favor if you hate crowds, avoid the Toronto RV show and just go to their dealership. They have many models to suit your needs.

It is especially not easy to make a choice during the winter months, when use is several months away, but several visits allowed us to explore our options. Also, they not only took my trade-in at a reasonable price, but offered me whatever available discounts were possible on my upgrade. Sales (Jeff) was quick and easy, while Finance (Pamela) helped us through the finer details of making it all possible. Service (Bill) did a fantastic job with the demo, generously giving us his time while sharing his expertise down to the detail. Bill met us again on delivery and made sure were were completely confident before pulling away. We look forward to using and living in our new Travel Trailer, as is joins us on our many upcoming planned adventures. Outdoor Travel is always a phone call away, making themselves available for post-purchase inquiries and assistance. Scott in service has always gone out of his way to understand our questions while providing the most comprehensive and cost-effective solution options. I may have missed some names, but the entire team at Outdoor Travel is to be commended on their commitment to excellence. See you on the road!

Sales staff, Parts and Service staff were all very professional and supportive. The sales manager helped us out at pick-up time with a special favor to make everything work, for which I am in his debt. We both feel very pleased that we placed our trust in Outdoor Travel; you will too.

(February 4, 2019, 9:14 pm)Great place to bring our motorhome. Believe me it is worth the drive from Niagara Falls. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Scott in service takes time to explain things, is very fair, and we have complete trust in him. Keep paying him.
