(September 25, 2020, 3:24 pm)Everyone at HHWC is amazing. Sam is my RMT and what I find most beneficial through his treatments is his great depth of knowledge. He shares so much information than other RMTS I have worked with. He always listens to my concerns and especially being an aesthetician and reflexologist by trade I use my hands for the majority of my daily work. I have never been disappointed with his treatments and I especially love how clean and fresh everything feels in the room. You can tell as soon as you walk in that all the staff are very attentive in keeping the highest of hygiene standards - if not more than what is expected. Dr. Sarah Penny is an exceptional naturopath and Dr. Allison Reid is the best chiropractor I have met - I love the acupuncture. Can not recommended this place enough. I always book at least an hour with Sam so I can receive the most beneficial treatment.

(September 11, 2020, 7:19 pm)I have been coming here for about a year now and Nicole is amazing. Her combo, bamboo and Ashiatsu massage technique is awesome! I would highly recommend Nicole if you are looking for a new RMT.

(September 3, 2020, 8:02 pm)I absolutely recommend Nicole Blais, RMT massage at Hamilton Health & Wellness to everyone! Her unique method of massage therapy using the warm bamboo poles is phenomenal. The ashiatsu massage with her feet also feels incredible on stiff and sore muscles. There's nothing more soothing. Nicole is friendly, warm and extremely professional. I always feel like I'm in great hands with her!

(June 22, 2019, 2:57 am)Been going to Nicole for awhile now for massages. She is the best I have ever been too. I would highly recommend her and highly recommend bamboo massage. You will feel like a new person... also love Nicole's personality one of the nicest people I have ever met and has such a lovely ora about her. You will feel like she gave your spirit a massage too.. You will not be disappointed, she is the best??.
