  This particular location is usually over crowded and not worth the wait. However today we arrived 4pm and had had pleasant experience. Good dedicated service but food was not quite up to par this particular time.

  Great food & great service. The place was packed tonight and we still received our food in a timely manner. Our server had a difficult customer (seated behind us) and she handled them w ease and grace. Excellent experience at East Sides tonight (like most of the times we visit)

  My family and I usually order out from East Side Mario's about once every two or three weeks and each time we are more than pleased with the quality, price and quantity of the food. The staff are always very friendly when I go to pick up the food, and its still warm by the time I get home.
  My only complaint, though small as it may be, is that, unlike dining in, you have to buy the bread it does not come with it for free. The prices are cheap mind you, about $1.26 or so per loaf. But it would be nice if it would still come free with each meal, at least one per meal then buy extra if you want.

  Server was accommodating and his timing was great. Food was pretty good as well. Only issue I have is that due to the layout of the restaurant there is a constant flow of cold air (referring to the winter season of course). Something to consider for the next renovation! ????

  My family and I stopped in for dinner at this location the other night. We were seated quickly even though it was busy. The server came right away to take drink orders. He served us our bread and huge salad quickly. He forgot the drinks but I could tell he had tons of tables to serve..maybe too many . We told him and he fixed it quickly. My daughter had the kids sliders, my husband had the spaghetti and meatballs and I had grilled chicken with goat cheese, pesto with veggies and wedges. My dinner was delicious. My daughter liked hers . My husband thought the meatballs were garbage, he was not impressed.
  Overall I would recommend but be careful what you order I suppose.
