Before starting the work, we discussed different options and he explained everything in detail. He also provided several quotes. He did a plumbing camera inspection to ensure there were no problems in the sewer line and also installed a new toilet. He is very knowledgeable, a great communicator and detail oriented with his paperwork. You won’t be disappointed when you work with Marc!

(March 15, 2019, 2:29 am)A few weeks ago I fell victim to a frozen water line. Thos R. Birnie & Sons came out the next morning and had my water line flowing in less then twenty minutes. Professional, helpful and quick! I trust these guys and will definitely being using their services again. There is something to be said about a company that you know you can trust.

While my issue resolved itself without further intervention, I won't hesitate to call again should I need anything in the future. Great customer service and a free estimate is more than I can say for the other companies I called. Thanks
