Nice pathways but not enough space for pedrestrians. Some of the picnic tables could be updated. The beach is nice but not the cleanest. Nice artificial lakes to look at or fish.

Very nice place to visit. 15 dollar fee to enter to see the sunset, totally worth it. Ample areas to explore and beautiful area for photography. Only unfortunately thing was that the sun set at the opposite side and we weren't able to fully enjoy it.

Fifty Point has a variety of different things to do for the family. It has a fairly popular beach; fishing for the kids in the large pond; fishing for the family on Lake Ontario; a boat harbour and boat ramp; restaurant; small cafe and also camping.
Given that it's quite close to Hamilton it's worth taking a look, and of course if you have the Hamilton conservation access pass it's free to get in, otherwise you'll have to pay at the gate.

A bit costly to get in here compared to other national and provincial parks but well worth it of you plan on spending the day here. Lots to do here especially for boaters. Two small trails here, one that leads to a beach area and one to a secluded area where you can see Toronto in the distance. Park is really clean and well maintained. Overall it's a nice location to spend a few hours, where you get away from the city and relax.

Water was warm (by Lake Ontario standards) and had none of the floating litter and funny smell that Lake Ontario sometimes does. Steep beach is great for swimming but watch non-swimmers as it drops off quick. Park staff does a great job maintaining the place despite lots of visitors. But I'd prefer if they keep the jet-skiis further from the beach.
