(November 9, 2019, 2:51 am)From the moment I entered this facility I knew there was something different about it. The staff are positive, upbeat and most importantly, attentive to your needs. My recovery has been longer than I anticipated but thankfully the staff has maintained positive and that positivity keeps me in a great mindset. Thank you to those who have overseen my recovery and have honestly become more like friends.

They are always smiling and happy to help if it cuts into their break. Professional advice and feedback to WSIB has always been in my best interest for my health and a safe return to work. It does not feel like it's rushed or pressured from WSIB. Thanks for all you've done and continue to do. I definitely recommend going here.
