  No hesitation, this is the best Dance Studio! Our daughter has thrived here like nowhere else! The owners, coaches and fellow students make everyone feel welcome and part of the team. Unlike some other studios we tried years ago, no little groups that make your children feel left out. If it weren't for Sara and Derek, our daughter would never have gone so far in competitive dance and become a confident and humble teen. Thanks guys!!

  Great facilities, excellent staff, lots of programs available. We had our son's birthday party at The Dream Centre last year and he's still talking about how he wants to do it again this year.

  Couldn't be happier with our experience here. I toured all around the gymnastics centres in Hamilton/Waterdown for a centre for my 2 and a half year old. The dream centre was head and shoulders above the competition. From the outset communication was clear and timely. The facility itself is so well thought out and cared for (my daughter loves the playroom while we wait for class to start). And we love coach Shannon! She is so good with the kids, super kind but firm so the kids learn to respect the gym rules. I couldn't believe what my daughter could do under her guidance. We both have a blast and can't recommend enough!

  A wonderful facility for dance, gymnastics and martial arts. My kids love it here! All the instructors are talented, energetic and award winning. The new location is stunning! Huge studios, state of the art floors and sound system, even a great little play area for the little ones while you wait. Anyone who is considering adding dance or fitness workouts into their schedule for kids or adults should check this place out first. The best in Waterdown hands down!
