(May 7, 2019, 2:50 am)The front desk staff was very easy to work with, they were very organized & helped me make a claim w my insurance company. Everything in that regard was very straightforward. I waited while the chip in my windshield was being sealed. I certainly didn’t mind, they have a comfortable wait room. My 2 year old had toys to play w & colouring books. There were beverages. They were very efficient & were finished when they said they would be. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend them!

(March 30, 2019, 1:36 pm)My expecrations were exceeded with gold standard service and further enhanced with the two particular staff members Janet and Cheryl. I required a new back bumper on my Mercedes. The repair was completed to perfection and in a timely expeditious manner.
The rental car arrangements were made by Janet . It was Charger. She reviewed with me in the parking lot everything I would need to know about the car.
Dundas Valley Collision is the only place that I would ever get my car repaired. I highly recommend the establishment and all the wonderful people.
