(April 22, 2021, 3:47 pm)I would like to give a shout out to Rob at Comfort First for such amazing customer service. I have used Rob extensively over the years and he has provided outstanding service. I first used him when I moved into a new house in July of 2011, and the next day my air conditioner broke. He came by the very next day, and in no time had it replaced. His wife Janet was able to source out the warranty and I received a rebate on the cost of the new unit. They both went over and above. In another case, at my next house, my air conditioner again broke down, and I called in a competitor. Their advice was to replace with a new unit. Rob was able to repair it at a much lower cost than replacing. Just recently during this cold snap, I turned my furnace back on, and it did not come on. I called Rob, and he talked me through what he believed was the problem. I just had a building inspector perform an inspection on this property as I'm selling it, and this inspector turned off my furnace switch. I didn't even know there was a switch! Rob directed me to this, and it saved me a visit. He is always looking for ways to service his clients better. I highly recommend this company, you can have trust and faith you will be served well.

(July 30, 2020, 6:06 pm)Robert did an outstanding job repairing our 15+ years old AC unit. His diligent efforts, along with comprehensive/thorough analysis and pragmatic approach got us back to enjoying the cool on the inside :)
The repair quote was reasonable/competitive and the AC unit is running better than it has been in the last two years. We sincerely appreciate Robert's workmanship and his detail-oriented communication style.
When the time comes to replace our existing unit, this company is going to be the place for us for the purchase/install of the new AC unit and/or furnace.

(June 25, 2020, 8:06 pm)I would highly recommend this company. Robert takes the time to explain what he is doing, is very professional, respectful, kind, and trustworthy. I had been told from a few big name companies that the problem with my AC was not worth it to repair and therefore should replace both AC and furnace. Robert was able to easily repair my AC and no need for any replacement units.
