Derek brought in an exceptional team to promote the property, managed to put together what looked like a Hollywood production of the property to advertise across all platforms, and the communication level between his team and I made me feel like the highest priority on their to-do list.
Dan was fantastic in organizing our wishes to view certain properties. He made the whole process seem simple to anyone whose never dealt with this transition before. Dan is a real down to earth guy and shared some valuable experiences from when he's renovated his own properties. What he shared was not only relatable but also practical with what our intentions were, and in turn helped us eventually make our final choice.
Ben is a library and does a tremendous job at breaking down legalities into simple terms for anyone to understand. The tools he uses helped us move forward at an extremely quick pace and alleviate much stress from the process.
I plan on using this team for as long as I am involved with the housing market. They are a trusted source with constant up to date knowledge of the market and affected industries.
