  I am so grateful that my friend Ross introduced me to this auto shop. I am beyond impressed with my experience here. It is clear that the team at this location genuinely care about the work they do and the service they offer. I really appreciate Paul (manager) for taking the time to answer all of my questions and educate me in a way that I could relate to. He speaks with honesty, and as a human being, on my level. I felt incredibly respected and speaking with him was a pleasure. He helped me to look at the work required on my car in priority sequence, assuring me what was necessary, what we could leave and monitor, and put all of my documents together in a folder that I can bring back to my appointments. My Service Technician, Paul, took the time to bring me to see all of the inner workings of my car. He patiently answered all of my questions and educated me. I have always felt really uncomfortable in this environment as a woman, and my experience here really left me feeling empowered. Thank you for your kindness, work and amazing service! See you in February :)

  I am really pleased with my experience at Beverly Tire on Barton Street.
  They were extremely helpful. Nick, Marvin and PJ walked me through the issues with my vehicle explained everything in a clear and succinct manner. They prioritized the most vital points and dealt with them in a timely and efficient fashion. Their attention to details and follow ups are appreciated. I highly recommend them.   I took my truck there a couple weeks ago for an etest. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They even did a complimentary tire wash at no extra cost.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast turnaround on repairs. Reasonable prices and they don't oversell. I would highly recommend Nick and his crew at Beverly Tire on Barton.
