Great staff, great service, very accommodating about all sorts of coverage
I had my first serious procedure, a root canal, here. After years of being traumatized by my previous dentist, I came finally found a place that made me comfortable. Dr Hind was expert in her work on cleaning my roots and very understanding of my fear. Brenda, who handles the front of office, was also essential in reassuring me, informing me, and otherwise supporting me. I learned more from this dental office about my options, fees, insurance and tax deductions, than any other resource in my life so far. Three cheers for SmileDesign!
Friendly, personable hygienists and staff, professional, courteous, and patient dentist, and always parking. Great location right in downtown, and from what I can tell, really reasonable prices. Even deals directly with my insurance so I save money on the spot instead of waiting for a rebate. Definitely recommend.
BONUS: they were one of the few offices in Hamilton providing free cleanings and checkups for incoming refugees. A+ dental office, even willing to give back to their community.
