(July 20, 2021, 1:28 am)We had Allen in to perform an inspection on our furnace. The first thing that I liked was that he was there right when he said he would be. I hate sitting waiting for people to show up. Allen did a very thorough job checking out the furnace. What I liked most was that he explained to me the state of furnace, what parts were wearing without trying to upsell me. He gave me the information and left it in my hands. I appreciated that.

(July 19, 2021, 5:06 pm)After one company told us our air conditioner was totally shot and couldn't be fixed (and a sales person followed up: $4,200 for a new unit), I called HAMCO for a second opinion. (UPDATE: The original company was quick to give us a full refund for the service call, which makes me assume this was just an honest mistake on their part.) Anyway, glad I got the second opinion. Hamco's Shane and Nolan were totally empathetic, understood the issue immediately and offered reassurance that they would help, no matter what they found--one way or another. Nolan fixed it within MINUTES of arriving. I can't thank them enough. It was a simple part--Nolan got one and installed it, and the temperature is already cooling off in the house as I type this. THANK YOU HAMCO!!!! Highly, highly recommend.

Our new ac unit kept on blowing that 3a fuse..Andrew checked it out and after some painstaking detailed diagnosis he found that short and fixed it. Excellent professional service, Hamco gets it done and for a good price too 🙌🏿🙌🏿. Thank you!!

Andrew, the sales rep. was very prompt and thorough regarding options and the estimate and we felt confident to proceed. The installation of our heat pump/air conditioner was also prompt and despite structural snags was completed efficiently and ahead of anticipated timing. Highly recommend HAMCO!

(March 18, 2021, 12:27 am)Our furnace was working, but only blowing cold air, so I called HAMCO. The receptionist, Connie, was very knowledgeable and provided potential solutions over the phone. She was able to book an appointment for me the next day. The tech, Eric, called ahead and arrived early in the day. He was polite and efficient. He fully explained the issue and provided troubleshooting techniques should this situation occur again. He was finished in a reasonable amount of time, the service fee was minimal, and I would absolutely recommend this company.
