(February 15, 2014, 2:06 pm)We were very impressed by Mike. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and it's clear that he has many years of experience. Mike was also very friendly, and he took the time to explain anything we had questions about.
As a first time homebuyer, it was difficult for us to know what we were getting in to. The report from Mike was thorough and specific. He highlighted every little item that we might want to take a look at, even minor issues. This made us feel very comfortable when we purchased our house.
We were honestly blown away by how valuable the experience was, and we will be recommending Mike to everyone we know! -

He not only accommodated our last minute request for an inspection, but was very thorough throughout the whole process.
His report was not only extremely valuable in my decision making process on the property I was considering to buy, but also impressed my father (who is an Architect by trade) when I shared the report with him.
He not only went above and beyond what you would expect, he was very reasonably priced compared to the larger agencies.
