  Great shop. No pressure for extra work, does what you need and discusses the things you may need/want in the future (with no pressure). I have never had anything but great experiences with them. Highly recommended!

  It's convenient to my home, they are always able to accommodate me (within a day or so), I find the pricing fair and I can talk to the actual mechanic about matters if needed.

  Bates and Green is honest, reliable, provides fair pricing, and only repairs what needs to be fixed. My car has over 300,000 km on it and is still running very well due to their care and service. The owner and mechanics love cars and take pride in their work and service. I am very grateful that we have such a solid service within our community and have recommended to people in neighbouring communities to drive to Carlisle for their service.

  Had the car fixed in another place, the problem was still there. Brought the car to James for oil change, they found and fixed old problem. From now on Green&Bates is the only place for my cars. Great service. Highly recommended.
