  Very polite. They misunderstood my order but corrected it and gave me a free sandwich for the inconvenience. I felt upset at first because I’m forever waiting on food at McDonald’s and decided on Tim’s td just to have to wait anyways but they made me happy before I left which means a lot nowadays. Thank you employees keep up the kind attitudes an good service!

  I am writing back in to give this location their redemption from the negative review I left a few months back. The reason was for the burnt taste in the coffee that the manager said " was maybe just the water or just me"? smh...
  I had called head office and told them about my interaction with the manager, they assured me they would follow up. I believe they did. A few weeks later they had comment cards in the store and the coffee tasted fresh again and not burnt. Ive lived in the area for about 7 years and I am a loyal customer to this location, simply because the coffee ususally always tastes "FRESH" and smooth.. so when it tastes different its noticeable. I am glad that they were able to rectify the problem.
  So, good on this location!! I work in the restaurant industry as well so I know first hand how important it is to appease your clientele. They now just need to work on customer service, with SOME (not all) employees ;)
