Chadwick's & Hack's Fireplace & BBQ

My wife and I went here after looking at vacuums at another store first. We found the staff very knowledgeable, but at the same time didn’t pressure us into a purchase. There was a huge selection to pick from, and prices were extremely lower than the competitors.
Then he even carried it out to our vehicle, even though I was quite capable. Will definitely be a repeat customer!!!!

Wow what a comprehensive store for quality vacuum cleaners, BBQ, Fireplace products and services. I took my Dyson vacuum here for a warranty repair. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was fixed within 2 days and they did not just replace the thermal switch but the whole motor just to be sure of no further issues. I would Highly recommend this store.

I needed parts for my barbecue, called up and found that they had everything in stock at very reasonable prices. It a bit out of my way to come here but the service makes it worthwhile. They have a great selection of fully functionalfireplaces on display, both gas and electric. As well as many wood stoves and barbecues/smokers. There is also about every barbecue accessory that you could ever need available.

I just moved back to Hamilton and I have to say one of the benefits is the incredible service at Chadwick's and Hack's. I haven't found a store anywhere that can compare. I received knowledgeable advice, quality products at great prices, and unbeatable customer service. Thanks to the managers and staff for continuing to make my shopping there a Great experience.
