love this location!! I called today on Saturday the day before easter and since it was my first time filling my taxes alone I had a few questions, the guy on the phone was extremely nice and answered all my questions and helped me with whatever I needed. Once I got to the store, he was there and told me what was gonna happen and what to expect, while I waited for the lady to file my taxes me and the front desk guy had a very pleasant conversation he was extremely nice and funny, once the lady had done my taxes the front desk guy explained a few things to me and even said that I should get a protection plan from them which wasn't expensive at all, I loved this location and how nice and accommodating the people are. I will most definitely come back to this location, never going anywhere else, thank you to the people that are working during this pandemic, they're doing an amazing job.
2020-I've been filing my tax returns with this location for a couple of years now, and even though I no longer live in Hamilton, I still come to this specific location because of how impressed I always am with the service. My filings are always done efficiently and thoroughly. Thanks to Monica for the friendly reception and to Van for doing my return this year. All the best!
