(September 16, 2019, 6:39 pm)Very friendly staff and good customer service the first time my blinds lift rope broke. Unfortunately it just broke again. I'm going to ask for a better quality rope for lifting the blinds. There's definately a design flaw during production. I will update this review when my blinds are fixed again.
I may need to change the style. I had no idea that these blinds came with a rope instead of the chains that are on display in the store. I don't think that this type of rope/string is sufficient for these blinds if you ask me.
Hoping for a speedy resolution. -

Took twice as long as stated for blinds to be ready for pickup (said 9, took 18 days)
Very happy with finished product.
