  Working with Kathy to find our home in Dundas was an absolute pleasure. From our first encounter, we knew that we could trust Kathy to guide us, listen to us, and help us find the house we were looking for. Kathy was responsive and was really accommodating when we needed to take a pause in our hunt for a new house. When the search resumed and we found our house, Kathy was a firm but fair negotiator on our behalf and we were very pleased with the outcome! I would recommend Kathy to anyone searching for a new home. We feel very fortunate to have worked with her and would certainly work with her again in the future.

  It has been an absolute pleasure to have worked with Kathy on finding me the perfect home.
  The moment I met her, I knew that we were on a path of friendship, she has this beautiful smile and you instantly feel her warmth!
  She is absolutely amazing at what she does and exudes it.....her knowledge is immense, but it's her ability to do it effortlessly that's impressive.
  She makes you feel like family, taking special care of you at every step of the way. For some, this is a difficult and stressful time in our busy lives, but with Kathy, she goes out of her way to keep things running smoothly.

  Kathy did an incredible job helping us find our dream home! She listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us find it in just a few short weeks. She’s extremely knowledgeable about not only location but also the various things to look for when choosing a new home. Kathy made our search an enjoyable one and we would 100% recommend her!!

  Me and my wife contacted Kathy initially based on extremely positive google reviews. We found her knowledgeable, very patient, and approachable. She made sure that the property handed over to us was in excellent condition. She was always available for our unending questions. Once we were ready to make an offer she quickly arranged preinspection and closed the deal promptly. Kathy is excellent agent and we will definitely hire her again for our future real estate needs.

  We were referred to Kathy by a relative who hired Kathy on a few occasions years ago. When we contacted Kathy and met her, we found ourselves very comfortable with her. Kathy has such great knowledge of the Greater Hamilton Area. She was easily able to figure out our wants and needs and catered our viewings to homes that fit those criteria. Kathy has been absolutely amazing to us. We’re moving from Durham to Stoney Creek and Kathy was able to accommodate us at every opportunity. We appreciate everything she’s done for us.
