  Best to GO INSIDE, to ENSURE that what you ordered, is what you drive away with. They somehow have some repetative and frustrating mix ups with drive through orders. Or, MAKE SURE TO "DOUBLE CHECK AS YOU PAY AND LOOKAT YOUR ORDER" BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF! Other than that...the staff and location are FANTASTIC! Clean inside and out and always happy service.

  Only sometimes am I impressed with the service. Other times dissatisfied. Plenty of parking and free wifi. Only location in Binbrook.

  This Tim's is a very busy, but well maintained location. The staff are usually very pleasant and helpful. I think its important for any drive thru customer to double check their order regardless of where they are ordering from to make sure there hasn't been a mistake made. That being said, the drive thru staff at this location work hard to move customers through at a steady pace and are usually very accurate with orders.
  The greatest drawback to this location is not really the fault of the business, but it is something that customers need to be aware of. I am referring to the design of the parking lot. The plaza connected to this franchise has one of the worst flow designs I have seen. The lot is narrow, with perpendicular instead of angled parking, which results in constant congestion during busy periods.
